About Plumsmidge Post
Plumsmidge Post is a monthly postal subscription. Each month, subscribers receive a themed package of stories, correspondence and illustrated paper goods delivered by post.
Your subscription
By placing an order for a Plumsmidge Post subscription, you agree to these terms.
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it. Your monthly payment will be taken using the payment method selected at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@plumsmidgepost.com. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewals, but does not affect any order that has already been placed or dispatched, except where you have a legal right to cancel or obtain a refund.
Payment
The price of your subscription and any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery
We will send your Plumsmidge Post mailing to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Plumsmidge Post contains original creative work and printed materials. The exact contents may vary from month to month.
All stories, illustrations, designs and other original creative content remain the intellectual property of Plumsmidge Post unless otherwise stated. You may use the materials for your own personal enjoyment, but you must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our content without our permission.
If something goes wrong
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@plumsmidgepost.com and we will work with you to put the problem right in accordance with your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website. Changes will not affect rights you have already acquired under an existing order.
