Cancellation policy

Subscription cancellations

Plumsmidge Post is a monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling will prevent future monthly payments from being taken.

To cancel, you can use the cancellation option available through your customer account, or contact us at hello@plumsmidgepost.com.

If you cancel after a monthly payment has already been taken, that payment will normally cover the mailing for that month, subject to your statutory cancellation rights.

If you are exercising your legal right to cancel during a cooling-off period, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
